St. Petersburg, Russia – Serbian designer Milena Radovic unveiled her exciting new collection for Spring/Summer 2017 in Russia. The designer had the pleasure of closing the St. Petersburg Fashion Week, and did so in style.
The collection is one for cocktail and evening events. So she gives us what is expected. That includes a selection of nice evening gowns, cocktail dresses and jumpsuits. She relies on black, red and navy blue to illustrate her vision on lace, silks and crepe. She also includes a number of pieces with tassels. However, their presence is a departure from the overall spirit of the collection.
Milena Radovic gets it perfectly right with her long gowns. Some have slight fishtails and even lace sleeves. Tuxedo elements add refinement to collection. However the jumpsuits represent some of the strongest elements of the collection. Some offer larger cut legs, but the slimmer more fitted cuts are the more flattering of the lot. But in the end, the designer can boast of having created a very nice work for the season.
