What strikes one immediately in the new Fall Winter 2017/18 collection is the weight of the fabrics. In each piece they feel so relaxed and light. The sheer material mixes well with cozy knitwear and discreet textures. Also worth mentioning is that the work has no barriers with models of different ages and ethnicities on the catwalk. Elegance and chic also have no age. The garments flatter the frame of the male body. The pants are still voluminous and baggy. The tops are an elongated with clean lines that portray the well know Italian craftsmanship.
Emernegildo Zegna’s new collection’s sporty dynamic in the garments give freedom of movement the clothes. The lines are sleek and are not are loose. Other outstanding details are guiding, mixing fabrics rich fabrics (cashmere, wool, silk, jersey), Jacquard, fine-cut lapels and chunky turtlenecks. The organic color palette plays so well here with caramel, rust, blue, grey, tan, white, black, navy and army green.
The accessories play a huge role for creating sporty look with sneakers, brogues, briefcases, backpacks, caps and glasses. And Ermenegildo Zegna starts a new beginning renovating the classical style known and loved by the customers through the years.
