Paris, France – Making its debut in Paris’s couture season is fashion house Zuhaitz. Showing at the Ecole de Beaux Arts in Paris’s posh intellectual 6th Arrondissement, one can easily say that the first steps taken here are the right ones.
Created by artistic director Bijou Phelouzat, the collection features a mix of gowns and cocktail dresses dominated by halter cuts and layers. The cocktail dresses are extremely short cut, but done well. The long gowns are of good taste. Gold is the most recurring color in the collection, but Phelouzat surprises us with a wise selection of strong, bold red.
