AN AFFAIR FOR ARGYLES
Fall Winter 2014-15

April 1, 2014 – Each season Moncler Gamme Bleu and its creative director Thom Browne blow Milan away with their cleverly structured collections and their must-be-seen-to-believe decors. This season would be no different.
With an elaborate home library as décor, Browne made argyle patterns the star of each piece in everything including the jumpsuit, overcoats and puff trousers, beautiful gloves. They are used as appliqués and are even made through quilted stitching.
Red, gray blue, white, pink and green are the primary colors. They are highlighted in the pieces with gold buttons. Lots of white piping is as used as embellishment. And Browne nicely ties everything together with his boiled wool, felt, fur and nylon.
