Paris, France – The new Andrea Crews Collection for Spring/Summer 2015 celebrates a first for the house. It’s its first appearance on the official catwalks of Paris.
The collection has lots of color prints in the street wear oriented collection. The midriff is shown in many looks through the short cut tops, which are worn with large shorts and matching running pants. Neoprene is used to create the large printed t-shirts.
Very thin neoprene in black has diamond forms cut out to create a very precise looking work material. It is used to create large calf length shirts.
Going back to its recyclable fashion roots, Andrea Crews composes the backs of some and the front of some of the shirts and some of the shorts with reused materials.
For a first outing on the official calendar in Paris, Andrea Crews made a huge splash. This is the energetic street wear for which London’s men’s fashion has become so known. And in Paris, it smells like a breath of fresh air.
