Paris, France With a generously given 51 minutes late start, Fred Sathal had a vested interest in delighting the audience with a strong collection for her first outing in Paris in more seasons than one can count. Lights, music, models! The first silhouette composed of a shirtdress brought us all “to and gether”. Line design, the short number is then finished with long sparkling accents and embellishments for a new modern flapper style. It also has sparking sequins accents.

In spite of the failed gypsy chic look with pants, the next look proved a better use for our attention. A beautifully re-embroidered jacket in crystals and sequins is though long it does not leave much to the imagination thanks to the splits. It is worn with short black sequined shorts. The net dress is a long dress with tie-dye affect.

Though I would remove all of the looks with the pants and keep the shorts, the collection does manage to create a cohesive picture for the season that is well worth reading.
