Paris, France – Ilja shows us nice daywear that is highlighted with barbed busts and angular cuts. She does nice jumpsuits, but must absolutely learn to pay more attention to the process of finishing well each piece. It is never a good idea to send out the first look with the lining so poorly sewed in.
The collection moves from soft to very “controlled”. The soft is created through flowing fabrics and the more rigid pieces are created using with the use of glittered covered fabrics.
The angles are more the points of triangles that rise singularly from one side of the bust drawing the attention upwards. Then from there we see triangular panels removed in some of the pieces to give their identity.
