Milan, Italy – The proposition of Tom Notte and Bart Vandebosch for Autumn/Winter 2015 is the adaptation of cold weather and the harsh nature of the Himalayas to the urban style condition.
It is filled with overlapping, heavy layering and maxi proportions. There are skinny leather biker pants, wool parkas with knitted sweaters pairs and graphic bomber jackets. The real and rough dry colors as black, gray and white, chocolate with hints of olive fill the inspiration of collection to capacity. The visible prints come back to the Himalayan traditional graphic patterns. Implemented rich materials such like leather, silk jacquard and lamb and alpaca fur, definitely warm the collection.
The garments are supplemented by classic black boots, technical gloves and duffle bags alternating with weekenders and iPad cases. Ethnic silver ear cuffs looking and a snap-hook keychain refer to the high-altitude mission which, in terms of the modern fashion, gives the collection an elegant, essential tones.
An inspiring collection to be worn in a dedicated season.
