Milan, Italy – Vivienne Westwood, the godmother of punk – paid tribute to Prince Charles at Milan Fashion Week in celebration of his environmental work. That even the inspiration comes from the English Aristocracy, we can still find Westwood’s sense of humor on all the clothes.
The collection is a nod to the pure Englishness, which is a little light-hearted eclecticism. The collection takes receiver back in time, but still leaves him a contemporary fashion on the horizon.
Westwood serves in British the tartan and checked coats, tailored gray-check suits, tie-shirts, sweaters and harlequin pants. All of that sounds like a classy fashion, but nothing could be more wrong! She leaves something with her signature for dessert, such as checked blankets, shepard-nomad clothes, cool jackets and geometrical printed pants. Extremely English is total look with pounds print and printed t-shirt with the portrait of Prince Charles. All flavor to taste with exaggerated flanges, valves and fabulous ties and flies.
Undeniably Vivienne Westwood is the iconic visionary and she just has fashion in her blood.
