Lodz, Poland – For Fall Winter 2015/16 designer Maya Hansen presents a truly dynamic, fiery and wondrous woman in the new collection.
By playing with exaggerations one can see the woman’s body through different volumes, structures and materials. The main silhouettes are curvy and famine, but still expanded to create a new dimension by highlighting the shoulders and hips.
The garments are futuristic and inspired by the biker chick. The collection consists of dresses, corsets, pants, sweatshirts, tops, mini skirts and biker jackets. The designer likes to mix textures, mattes and shiny metallics. The fabrics used are many types of faux leather, combined with neoprene, viscose and wool. The garments are sharply tailored with graphic, abstract details.
The color palette consists of black (matte and laminated), white, pastel pink and shiny electric blue, red, gold and silver.
The final effect is steaming hot but maybe not every woman.
