St. Petersburg, Russia – Following a meticulously organized press conference, Russian fashion house Fabric Fancy opened the Fall Winter 2015/16 catwalks of the St. Petersburg Fashion Week with a short presentation. In it we discover the new capsule collection that the house created especially for the French department stores, Les Galeries Lafayette.

Fabric Fancy has created a commercially sound and visually expressive selection. All the attention is brought to the waistline, which is either a) belted, b) distinguished with a band or c) accented with angular piping.

It would be tragically remiss of one to not take the time to discuss construction. Its importance can be best noted at the shoulders, which are strong and embellished too with colorful piping.

Though only six silhouettes compose this capsule collection, Fabric Fancy manages to construct a complete story that takes us from daywear, to after 5:00pm and dinner. And the house does so with wonderful prints too.
