Lisbon, Portugal – I could not stop talking about Curiouser without speaking of FILIPE FAÍSCA’s ideas for the season. At the end of this special show everyone was completely moved.

Faisca does not seem to be affected at all by the trend for mustard as a color or for bellbottom cuts in trousers. He prefers dresses and skirts, and he likes them short. However, that does not mean that he is oblivious to the movement. He does presents in jersey a bold look or two that follow this trend. He even presents a couple of maxi-length dresses in jersey as if to say that he is fully in turn with all the possible needs of his woman.

Apart from this, the show was very nice, with cute little dresses showing the model’s legs, white jackets and some pieces with strong colours like models in full orange. Of course the main focus of this show was the message behind it and the opportunity FILIPE found to tell us and remind us what it’s really important to him.

Why is it special?” you may ask. It is because FILIPE made a partnership with an institution that supports children with oncology diseases.

As we watched the show thinking that this one would be as normal as the others, nine beautiful girls – among who eight are currently being treated at the Portuguese Institution of Oncology (IPO) – walked next to the models with a smile on their faces. In addition, they helped FILIPE with their own creativity making and contributing some original drawings. And all of them are inspired by the word Love.

At the end of the collection he presents all of his cute little black dresses. They are cut above the half mark of the thighs. And they have printed stitching for additional appeal.

Not only have their drawings become fashion, but also a moneymaker as 30% of the money raised from sales of the collection will be given to the Rui Osório de Castro Foundation, which supports these children.
