Paris, France – Donald Trump continues to suffer backlash from the controversial remarks made in his official presidential announcement speech. This time the American retailer MACY’S has cut ties with him and will phase out the Donald Trump menswear line of suits, ties, shirts and cufflinks.

“The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best; they’re not sending you”, Trump daringly stated in his announcement speech. “They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. Macy’s prides itself on the diversity of not only of its clients, executives, staff and lines. And thus it’s decision sends a very strong message.

“Macy’s is a company that stands for diversity and inclusion. We have no tolerance for discrimination in any form,” the company said in a statement. “In light of statements made by Donald Trump, which are inconsistent with Macy’s values, we have decided to discontinue our business relationship with Mr. Trump.”

In retaliation to those comments Mexico refuses to send it’s candidate to the Trump-owned Miss Universe Pageant. Univision ended its deal with and will not air the beauty pageant. And the American television giant NBC announced that not only will it not broadcast either of the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants, but it has also told Trump, “YOUR FIRED!” from the top rated Celebrity Apprentice show that he hosts.

Donald Trump being Donald Trump consistently says that it is his own decision to end these business relationships. But the public is not stupid and no one is buying that!
