Paris, France – As the Bottega Veneta Creative Director Tomas Maier says, this men’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection is about the fascination of a journey back to nature. It’s inspired by the idea of natural surroundings. In it he sets a good example of the individualistic dressing, combining sportswear with a refined simplicity.
Suede is the number one material in the collection. Though fear not, there is a proper amount of knits and leathers too. The color palette is a composition in shades of gray, red, denim blue and dark saturated shades of green. The outerwear is under the domination of the jackets, which appear alternately with day suits. Noteworthy are casual wear pieces with pressed designs on them. The everyday pants are worn rolled up or planted in socks. In addition, the designer gives up on the classic zips in favor of the zigzag bonds.
The Bottega Veneta collection also has it rightful share of accessories. Male bags occur in hands-free way, like backpacks and duffel bags. It also offers socks, sandals and trekking boots.
