Paris, France – For its Fall/Winter 2016 Mellerio Dits Meller called upon the talents of the grand couturier Alexandre Vauthier to bring a new vision and enthusiam to the art of haute joaillerie designing. This collaboration has led to the the creation of four exquisite pieces pieces featuring emeralds and diamonds.
This collaboration brings together for the first time the youngest of the grand couturier circle with one of the world’s oldest and finest makers of haute joallerie.
“To imagine and work on the elaboration of a High Jewellery collection has always been a dream of mine since I was a small child » commented Vauthier on the experience.
Vauthier chose to make emeralds — the house’s signature stone — as the center piece in each of the creations. He has also designed the pieces so that the “V” is ever present.
