Paris, France – “EXQUISITE” is a huge understatement when it comes to describing the new haute joaillerie collection presented for Fall Winter 2015/16 by Buccellati. The new collection is an exerise in handcrafts, imagination and technique. All conjugated in an exponetial manner, they result in this new imperially superb collection of cufflinks, bracelets, two-tier earrings and necklaces.
Buccellati’s ateliers have sculpted objects that recall of beautiful flowers and even of tiny magic mirrors! They are formed of white diamonds, yellow diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, etc. Each of these elements are gleefully transformed into complex works of art that are then framed and fixed on supports of yellow gold, white gold and rose gold. Literally hundreds of small dividual diamonds are required to compose just one piece such as a bracelet. Even the smallest of diamonds are then surrended by an army of smaller diamonds.
With one glance of the eye, it is apparent that this collection is a masterful work that can only be achieved by the most experienced and skilled hands.
