Lodz, Poland – At Fendi only pure luxury from the first model who stepped on the catwalk to the last one during the Spring/Summer show for 2016 could be detected by the legendary fashion house.
Karl Lagerfeld mixes hand crafted couture forms with ready-to-wear fashion. The perfect cuts beautifully define the body with the best craftsmanship in the finish details on each construction. The end result is still creative and modern without losing the allure the brand is known for.
The mood of the show is romantic, but more dark, powerful and mysterious than delicate. The key details are the usage of natural, mink furs and floral embroideries. The other materials use are denim, silk, chiffon, python, cotton and knitwear. And we also see some form of a very intricate work that resembles skeleton bones. They are used as embellishments to numerous pieces throughout the entire collection.
One can also see two lengths mini and maxi in all of the pieces. The option feature peacoats and cropped jackets, shorts with elasticized bottoms, long jackets. tapered and pleated skirts. The accessories are strapped bags, sandals and open-toe heels. The color palette includes white, black, brown, green, blue and red.
