Lviv, Ukraine – Cher Nika by Cherkas has a very strong collection for Spring/Summer 2016. Dominated by fresh white fabrics, the collection seems to breathe more and more with the passage of each look.
The silhouettes are created in white sheers, cottons, and with just a bit of silk. They range from long ankle-length cuts to mid-thigh lengths. The white in the silhouettes are accentuated by blue stripes, or pink flowers which have been embroidered into the chiffon. Due to the various lengths, and cuts, many choices present themselves for bearing the skin of the arms, or the shoulders, or the legs over the midrift.
This collection has the necessity of strength of character, but without the burden of being pretentious or too overly throughout. Here what you see is what you get. And Cher Nika by Cherkas gives us a lot to consider for the season.
