Paris, France – Only Shiatzy Chen seems to possess the knowledge of the intimate relationship between a designer and a delicate fabric. Her new collection for Spring/Summer 2016 presents to her the perfect occasion for the Chinese superstar to create an outing of beauty and feminine elegance. She works her magic using soft silks, delicate laces and colorful embroideries.
The collection is without pause some of Chen’s best work to date. In it we find all of her delicate codes with which we are familiar. They have been superimposed on her silhouettes created in soft, flowing fabrics. Some are sheer while others give the illusion of transparency, while still covering the essentials. The looks are perfectly balanced between flowing pieces and structure. She offers a variety of lengths to match the particular tastes of her clients.
Shiatzy Chen is known also for her work with intricate embroideries. Of course many of the embroideries are florals, however, are other that take on even more festive scenery. Together with her exquisite designs, we have a result that is as pleasing to observe as it surely is to wear.
