Lodz, Poland – The Polish menswear designer Piotr Drzal presented a collection for Spring/Summer 2016 that can be qualified as being both pleasant and aimed at the modern city guy.
The collection is rather simplified when compared to the past work of Piotr Drzal. This new outing has a dynamic, sporty and urban character. The clothes have simpler construction that frames the body and gives the models a butch, manly appeal. Each piece is very wearable, straight from the rack. The options include shorts, pants, shirts, vests, T-shirts, jackets and coats.
There are some military inspirations behind some of the options. Visible details include fine lapels, subtle prints, elongated lines and vivid strips. The color selection includes white, army green, light blue, beige, navy and striking red. And for his fabrics of jersey, cotton and woven materials, the designer personally made the trip to Paris to make his selections.
The collection is really commercial and suitable to fulfil the needs of the fashion conscious urban male.
