Tel Aviv, Israel – “LOVELY” is the word that this writer uses to enthusiastically describe the Spring/Summer 2016 outing by designer Dorin Frankfurt. I just love it because it is extremely feminine, approachable, understandable and desirable for any woman’s wardrobe.
Florin Frankfurt moves back and forth between simple classic shirt cuts to fluid, flowing dresses. He combines the two in certain silhouettes for balance and for a breath of fresh air! The color palette is white, black and blue in several different tones. Large bows are the perfect accent to many of the looks. We find them on the left hip of the baggy trousers, mini skirts and maxi skirts. And all the looks are accessorized with simple flats. The toes of the shoes are pointy. They provide what is needed to give the entire collection an air of true sans souci.
This writer has fallen in love with the simple button down shirt dress in powdery blue. It has short sleeves and its bottom half flares out into an A-line cut. And finally, it has the beautiful bow on the left hip to punctuate it to perfect.
