St. Petersburg, Russia – As the sounds of Sting’s “Desert Rose” played in the background, designer Nailya Basyrova delighted us with her new men’s collection for the season. The Spring/Summer 2016 work is full of rythme and spices!
The trousers are done in spicy colors, tie dye and warm hues. She adds them to gauzy jerseys, sheers, printed silks, etc. The tone oscillates between the smells of India and the desert winds of Tunisia. Here the inspirations pick up hooded tops, amply cut pants and long tunics. At this point it is clear that purple has taken over as the dominant color in the collection.
Nailya Basyrova uses gauzy cottony materials to create the tops. The coats are long and flow. The trousers are comfortable and nice to see. With a hugely pleasant tone, she accessorizes all with black polish for both the toe nails and finger nails, sandals and large scarves as well as with a few bags and pouches.
In the end we have a total work that is extremely pleasant to see. Not only did Nailya Basyrova create looks that are masculine, she manage to give them relevancy and sex appeal. This is a great combination for creating great menswear for the season to come.
