St. Petersburg, Russia – Russian fashion house Lera Courage is using the Spring/Summer 2016 season to further develop its point of view on modern men’s fashion and sportswear.
One finds ideas present in many men’s collections of the moment such as sheers, meshes and oversizing. In this collection we see appealing elongated lines, fish nets, bomber jackets and overalls. With each silhouette one gets the impression of something already very familiar yet with a rebellious mood surrounding it. There are some cool options for the younger crowd with long jackets, tank tops, vers and checked pants.
The styling could use some more thought, particularly when it comes to mismatched sets. It actually tries to be loud and controversial, yet it misses on the form. Experimenting with the trends of the moment also requires in the endgame a stable collection of strong clothes with an even stronger point of view.
