Paris, France – Okay there are three things in play in this article. First one of the strongest haute couture seasons in Paris of recent memory has just concluded only days ago with the presentation of the Spring/Summer 2016 collections. Two the movie and television awards season is in full swing. And three, the house of Schiaparelli is wasting no time and has stricken one of the first blows on the red carpet during ceremony season.

Last night the American actress January Jones appeared in a Schiaparelli couture gown at the 22nd Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards) in Los Angeles, California. Held at the Shrine Auditorium, the brisk star of the hit Mad Men television series chose this beautiful dress that had appeared only days earlier in Schiaparelli’s haute couture show in Paris. It is a draped number in cigaline crepe and opaline & aqua green crêpeline.
