Lodz, Poland – Push yourself to the rockstar limit with the first luxury sportswear line by Philipp Plein. Don’t be fooled into thinking that it is just a collection of ideas made with shiny materials designed to attract the eye’s attention. There is some seriously testosterone packed stuff that is not designed for either crybabies or for the weak of hear.t
Philipp Plein’s work for his new Fall Winter 2017/18 Plein Sport line features eye-catching pieces made out of metallic, gilded materials with masculine versions of what one could consider to be glamorous bomber jackets and gillets. However, they have massive street credibility. The bottoms include meggings, shorts and sweatpants. The tops are t-shirts and sweatshirts with fierce tribal prints. Each piece is mastered to perfection giving freedom of movement with clever use of design and fabric. The aim is to provide high performance clothing for the modern athlete and warrior. The mood is sometimes very dark and even mysterious at times.
Everything seems to work here and have its place. The colors are silver, black, orange, navy, neon orange, lime, white, grey and red. Any sportsline can’t live without with fancy sneakers, caps, gloves, bags and backpacks. The consistency and thinking of the aim the clients needs mark the professionalism of Philipp Plein as a brand.
