Madrid, Spain – Duyos is the talented designer won the award for best collection 2 years in a row at Madrid Fashion Week and rightfully so. This Fall Winter 2017 season, Duyos is celebrating its 20th Year Anniversary and decided to celebrate big. With Spanish top models from the 80’s and 90’s, he sends out a tribute to timeless class and inspiration.

Ten models, 20 designs. Each is inspired by his muses. The collection emphasizes the elegance of simplicity by sticking with merely black and white designs. Except for two suits, we can see many dresses walking down the runway. From transparent long evening gowns, to checkered mini dresses. Each is unique in its own way, but each is very impressive nevertheless.

The craftsmanship of Duyos is recognized in beautiful cuts, excellent detailed embroideries and flattering fits. Combined with qualitative materials such as chiffon, feathers and lace these designs are unbreakable. Just like the women wearing them.

Returning motives throughout the Fall Winter 2017 collection are shiny embellishments, transparent materials, feathers and a strong emphasis on extravagant collars. These elements ensure the luxury and feminine vibe that Duyos always aims for while designing. Some of the favorite looks are a short dress with peacock feather applications on the bottom part. On the other hand, the look with the long ankle-length A-line skirts combined with a silver shirt proves that simplicity can be just as beautiful as extravagance.

Sexy, feminine, strong and elegant. No matter how you prefer to describe the collection of Duyos, everyone would agree that it was a perfect tribute to its 20 years’ anniversary and an honorable ode to women. Duyos’ message is clear: dress to impress.
