Bucharest, Romania – Raluca Chiruta is a young force making her debut this season at the Romanian Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week. Her collection is small, but does show promise in certain areas. Her jumpsuits are interesting, and the designer does appear to do descent work with pieces that require more structure for their success. However, a bit more reflection is certainly required for making some of the dresses and shirts as successful as the jumpsuits. This is in both appearance and construction.
