Paris, France – In the new Victoria/Tomas collection we find an opening look that reflects a light, airy, yet athletic vibe which is carried throughout the collection. Soft cotton striped blouses with exaggerated sleeves are prominently sprinkled in the show. Many are topped with deconstructed jackets with relaxed construction.
A key feature is alter-ego patterns; stripes with polka dots or gingham plaid layered by colors. The use of buttery suedes and leathers is masterfully intertwined into the looks, using a hard twist on the high/low style on the skirts that is both refreshing and sexy with a pleasant surprise of fringe on the back.
One of the key looks is a buttery leather and suede knee length coat that could be worn relaxed of fitted with a draw string, with a very soft athletic feel. Front and back key holes play a major role in the show. Many are kissed with clear floral buttons. One of the sexist looks is a red slightly sheer body con maxi dress.
