Paris, France – Last night the American actress Elle Fanning chose to wear Versace to the Billboard Women In Music 2017 Awards at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center.   She chose a little black dress from Versace. It is a cocktail dress comprised of satin bodice and full skirt of cascading beaded crystal fringe.
