<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lodz, Poland – </strong>A study on contradictions with mixtures of different influences is visible in the premiere collection by young brand from Girl Little Boy. Here nothing is put up straightforward. One can see clashing elements working tougher. Androgyny going from the more masculine side to a more innocent, feminine pole.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The designer experiments with various lengths, details and shapes. Among them we find baggy, voluminous shapes combined with more lean pieces. There are many details like brooches, patchwork, pompons and deconstructed fabrics.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The style combines a grungy edge with a sporty feel in <a href="https://parachron.com/collections/womens-leggings/products/hexagon-camo-dark-red-womens-leggings"><span data-sheets-value="{"1":2,"2":"Hex Camo Dark Red Womens Leggings"}" data-sheets-userformat="{"2":2,"4":[null,2,11982760]}">Hex Camo Dark Red Womens Leggings</span></a>, bomber jackets, bermuda shorts and sweatshirts. Many of the materials are shredded and mixed creating a chaotic, yet interesting effect. The use of black and white plaid, fringing and geometric cut offs make an edgy dynamic. There are many light pink silhouettes with a more delicate vibe, with cute collars, sheer and decorative details. The extremes work in menswear both as womenswear.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">As a debut the collection looks strong, with little mistakes. A little avant-garde but with pieces that can work for an everyday look of a modern vigilante.</p>

<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lodz, Poland – </strong>In exploring the depths of black & white, the designers behind Odio X Pieczarkowski have taken us to the roots of their work. For Fall Winter 2016/17 they present with a collection full of signature touches they are so known for.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The rawness of each silhouette creates a lasting impression with the diverse mixture of patterns, textures and forms. The basic shapes become complex by using a multitude of effects. We find a wide range of details such as applications, embroideries and prints that create the complicated designs. There are no rules here. The garments are made of pieces of materials even such as foam, towels or turnbuckles.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The small shreds are loosely combined to get the trashy and dramatic effect like from a horror story or from the fantasy land of Asian anime. The models are transformed into creatures from another world because each garment totally transforms the body many times without holding to the human body. The use of only basic black and white emphasises the work, and there creates a more striking drama.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The avant-garde concept and the colors make the clothes look dusty, dirty or decaying. As a whole the duo is presenting some on of their best works yet.</p>

<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lodz, Poland –</strong><strong> </strong>The 14th edition of Polish Fashion Week started with great hopes for the future. This is the vision championed in the new Fall/Winter 2016/17 collection by young designer Damian Szczesny.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The inspiration behind the collection is horse riding fashion. One could see a wide selection of pieces made out of heavy height fabrics. The strong point of the work is the focus on details with everything being constructed and well thought out. We can find long dresses, skirts, pants, jackets, sweaters and coat. The dresses have a dropped waist and the A-line skirts are flow. The most eye-catching pieces are the chunky, long sweaters that are indeed see through.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The men’s collection also feature the same materials and textures. The comfortably cut trousers have large elastic waists. The looks are completed with either oversized tops in large mesh knits or with metallic coats.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The pants are voluminous, with pleats. We can also find even a bodysuit. Other point worth mentioning are the leather goods with sachets, backpacks and leather jackets. They appear in metallic, vivid colors that contrast greatly with the muted palette of the collection of black, gray, cream, teal and yellow.</p>

<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lodz, Poland – </strong>The much awaited presentation of the new collection by Ptaszek ended up being one of the highlights of this edition of Fashion Week in Poland.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">Known for her superb menswear, Monika Ptaszek presented a huge selection replete with option for the female vigilante. The signature dark mood is deep with a full edgy and grunge effect. It is still here with many garments presenting the style that the author loves. There are motifs such as draping, voluminous oversized pieces, bleached out denim, shredded unfinished effects and horizontal stripes.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The raw masculine energy teams up with the dark romanticism visible in the lace or satin dresses for the ladies. The looks are a little elongated featuring many asymmetric details such as buckles or zippers. The collection consists of long skirts, dresses, sweatshirts, pants, coats, jackets and bombers.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The colors used are mainly black, navy, grey, beige, brown with touches of vivid colors in stripes or rust and muted earth tones shades in paisley details. The work as a whole really true to the vibe the designer likes, with strong garments the customers feel would like to buy straight from the rack.</p>
<p class="yiv7834040120MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;">The menswear features unrefined edges, sports elements integrated in to the daily pieces, and comfortables volumes and shapes. The denim pieces are some of the strongest options for men.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Milan, Italy – </strong>The British and Japanese cultures have influenced the top fashion house DSquared2 for Fall/Winter 2016-2017. In it we see many of the elements that make the cultures hip and fun.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">At times playing with extreme shapes, textures and multiple layering the key points materialize swiftly. The jumbo volumes of patchwork denim baggy pants contrast with slim fitted white shirts with the brand’s signature thin ties. A British punk touch arrives in various forms and lengths. This is seen in kilts that are covered with zippers and in the bondage skinny pants that are cut above the ankles. Signature shirts tied at the waist are simplified to just decorative knotted sleeves.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One can find a touch of Asia in the decorative use of kimono hints like the fabrics, embroideries, flowers and manga prints on the garments. An inspiration with martial arts is present in white or denim shirts reinterpreting the kung fu outfit. And off course the design duo at the helm of the house put in ninja touches done in decorative black satin.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There’s a wide selection of sport-inspired tops like voluminous anoraks, parkas, bomber jackets and fine coats that celebrate Japan. There are signature motifs in a modern high fashion approach. Surprising additions to the work are leathers with fluo dotted studs and double upped anoraks.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Accessories are used here as decoration with chunky boots, funky shoes, printed oversized backpacks, glasses and knitted beanies. The leading color of this presentation is black with also indigo denim, burgundy and even neo pink and green.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Warsaw, Poland – </strong>Top Polish designer Mariusz Przybylski presented two new collections for Fall Winter 2016/17: “<em>White Wolf” </em>and<em> “Transplantacja”</em>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The first, “<em>Transplantacja</em>“, is a collaboration with the firm VIVE Textile Recycling. It presents womenswear totally made out of recycled reused old clothes. One could see classy, signature pieces like cigarette pants, vests, dresses, dresses, jackets perfectly tailored and with sexy cut off’s and decorative patchwork details.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">“<em>White Wolf</em>” presents the best that Przybylski has to offer with three leading themes. It seems to be a logical continuum of the past three collections: “<em>Cold Love”, “Night Air” </em>and <em>“Pulsar”</em>. One could see many textiles made especially for the new collection, with shining Swarovski crystals, embodies, prints and pompons.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The collection starts with classical black pieces with details like red trimmings and sculpted, geometrical details. Mariusz Przybylski is known for his eye on details so each suit, pant or dress is greatly tailored to the body with thought out details, making an elongated and boxy shapes. Next we move to the garments fully covered in multi-colored, floral prints. The last part is the majestic rich mixture of color and detail. Decorative, yet so elegant with a feel of inspiration with the fiery, Spanish romanticism or the folk of the east.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This satisfies the needs of numerous clients with elegant suits for men and striking long gowns for big evening events for the ladies. It’s nice to see that the designer still want’s to develop his point of view. He’s not afraid of trying new things.</p>
