Lodz, Poland – In the new menswear and womenswear collections by the design duo ODIO I JAKUB PIECZARKOWSKI, we find an intoxicating mix of colors, fabrics and exotic patterns. It is a work worthy of those having been lucky enough to study under famed Belgian designer, Walter van Beirondonck.

It’s rare to see fabrics as diverse as lace, silk, laser cut materials and velvet in menswear. However, that is exactly what we got this season from them. And just like the womenswear line, we find all is well put together in the most unexpected and surprising manners.

It is truly an interesting collection from a visual point of view. They are even stocking and socks for women. The men’s is an identical reflection of what we find in the women’s and vice-versa. The American football jersey tops are a nice mix to see. Though for the commercial, it is a collection that would do well in urban setting and in Asian markets like in Seoul and Tokyo. Other than that, all one can say is “Well Done”!
