Tel Aviv, Israel – Fashion Insider rarely takes note of student fashion shows. However the designs of Amir Mark has caught our eye. And we like what we see. He is a student at Shenkar College’s Fashion Design Department in Israel. His designs are presented on the catwalk as part of the partnership between the school, the Gindi Tel Aviv Fashion Week and New Balance.

Amir Mark has created a capsule collection that is joyous, colorful and fantasy-filled. It pulls in cartoon shapes, ice cream colors and unexpected volumes to give form to his ideas. He mixes them with sportswear and contemporary styling. In the end we have a final work that is made delightful thanks to the balance between the successful expression of imagination and intelligent proportions.
