St. Petersburg, Russia – Showing in the young designer’s spotlight is the talented Alena Gusarova. She is all about modern shapes and proportions in her silhouettes. She makes black the basic color behind the work. White, electric yellow, teal, etc. highlight it.
We find mesh in the pants and in another silhouette of a long white dress. This latter is completely sleeveless. We find cotton and neoprene and other very light materials used to construct the cool, chic and sportswear like collection.
In addition the Alena Gusarova also crafts her own light bags in transparent plastic and that are too highlighted in colors. And she created her own athletic shoes for the collection. They have thick white soles and a black base and also include the bright colors like the yellows.
