New York City (NY), USA – Desigual seems to be on top of the world these days. This is especially the case after the presentation of its new collection during its catwalk show. The Fall Winer 2017/18 collection is an eclectic mix of pieces with still yet an extremely coherent aesthetic.
Desigual composes its collection in organic materials that include silks, knits, velvets, wools, leathers and denim. These fabrics have been put together with beautiful paisleys, Scottish plaids and lily prints. Employed skillfully, we find them in the creation of very interesting silhouettes composed of pants, long dresses, sheer skirts and bomber jackets. The looks have been styled with a plethora of accessories including large belts, studded boots, painted bags, fuzzy hats and colorful hosiery.
Desigual has made this into a very strong outing thanks to the clear message that the collection follows. In this it has successfully imposed its style by integrating into a single body very popular sportswear, athletics and urban chic. This is a winning body of work for the house !
